Ingredients: sheep natural casings and salt - GLUTEN FREE.

These casings have smaller diameter, ranging from 18mm to 30mm. Therefore, they are used in the manufacture of fresh or cured thin sausages, as thin sausages of chicken or pork. Australia, China and New Zealand are noteworthy for the production of these casings.
