Ingredients: hog natural casings and salt - GLUTEN FREE.

These casings are commonly used in Brazil. Its diameter ranges from 26mm to 44mm, providing the possibility of producing different sausages, like pork or chicken sausage, Pepperoni sausage, Portuguese sausage and Tuscan sausage. China, the United States and Europe are major producers of these casings.
