Ingredients: beef natural casings and salt - GLUTEN FREE.

These casings have wider diameter ranging from 35mm to 65mm. The use of these casings occurs in the production of smoked, cured and cooked sausages, such as Salami and others. Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay are the largest producers of beef casings worldwide.
